Who manages your information
Supermo Studios is responsible for the information submitted through these forms. For privacy questions or a request to access, correct, withdraw consent or erase information, use the studio’s verified contact channel. Email the privacy contact Before accepting EU/EEA visitors, the website operator must publish a verified privacy contact and the legal identity and address of the data controller.
What we collect and why
For launch updates, we receive the email address you enter, the time of signup and confirmation that you agreed to receive launch-related emails. You choose whether to subscribe. The intended legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. If you send an animation idea, we receive your email address, selected idea category, message and submission time to review the suggestion and potentially reply; submitting an idea does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How we store and protect it
The server stores form submissions in a protected local data file. The forms use short-lived, hashed rate-limit data to reduce abuse; no raw visitor IP address is stored in submission records by this application. The server host may separately keep standard access or security logs. Authorized administrators may review and export submissions. Transmission should take place over HTTPS.
Sharing and external services
The landing page does not automatically load external fonts, tracking scripts or a hosted animation library, and does not automatically transfer form submissions to an email marketing platform. Your hosting provider processes data to run the site; any later messaging provider and its terms or cross-border processing must be assessed and disclosed before email campaigns begin. Instagram and Datanito are external links you may choose to open.
Retention and your choices
Launch-list data is intended to be kept only as long as needed for the launch communication purpose or until consent is withdrawn. Idea submissions should be reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary. The operator must configure and follow a documented retention/deletion schedule; the current application does not automatically erase historical records. You may request access, correction or deletion using the verified contact channel and, where applicable, complain to your supervisory data protection authority.
Cookies and children
These public pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The separate administrator area uses an essential session cookie for authentication. The forms are not intended for children; a parent or guardian should contact the studio if a child has submitted personal information.
Before public launch
Supermo Studios must complete its legal identity and privacy contact details, determine its lawful basis and retention periods, review its hosting and third-party processor agreements and any international transfers, and verify that consent withdrawal and deletion requests can be fulfilled. This notice is a starting point, not a legal certification.
